How do I prepare Instant Oats correctly?

In the saucepan

Here you put your desired amount of Instant Oats, about 50 grams, into a pot with enough liquid of your choice, about 500 ml, and bring the whole thing to the boil.

Then simmer over medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes until the desired consistency is reached. Finally, you can top it off with fruit, nuts, etc. There are no limits to your creativity.

In the fridge

If you are in a hurry in the morning, you can simply prepare your Instant Oats the night before. To do this, simply put your desired amount in a jar with the same amount of liquid.

Stir well and then put it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, you can top it up again as desired and your quick breakfast is ready.

In the microwave
